This is her new favorite breakfast. The only flavor I added was butter, so I was really surprised to see her empty her bowl and ask for more.

At this point Katie mostly shares our meals, while I try to keep them baby – friendly, but I struggle with breakfast, as we have things like eggs (something a 1yo shouldn’t eat as often), cereal (i’m keeping her away from milk) or fruity yogurt (too much added sugar). I give her a lot of fresh fruit and toasts, but it is nice to add something new to her menu to keep her interested.
