Braai season

A considerably short braai season has finally started in Pittsburgh and we plan to make the best of it. The weather pretty much went from cold and rainy to boiling hot and humid here, but after a long winter I have to say I enjoy feeling my skin almost burn in the sun.

I’ve already tested a few vegetarian recipes, but I was short on ingredients this time so I went for simple – veggie kebabs and precooked sweet potato.
